EWS reservation
Hello aspirant,
I want to inform you that yes you can take benefit of that untill and unless your marriage is on legal papers. If it had legalised already then you can not do this.
Hope fully i have answered your question.
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
Yes, The EWS Quota in NEET UG is applicable for MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS students.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that to avail the benefits of EWS reservation - Candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum . Their family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land. The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.
So, if you have all the conditions right for you then you can avail the EWS Reservation for BAMS as Karnataka student.
I hope that this will help.

Hello candidate,
It's true that the income as well as the e w s certificate belongs from the area where your family is residing and not at the particular place in which the candidate is residing. So, as your father has been living in Bihar and has been working there for the past years so the income certificate avails for Bihar Valli and is not applicable to provide you e w s reservation in Karnataka.
Hope you found it helpful. if you have any further queries feel free to post it here.
hiii ,

Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
You need to score atleast 650+ marks to be on safe side for getting MBBS in Government Medical Colleges through All India Quota.
The marks you have scored in your NEET 2021 examination seems not enough to get a seat in All India Quota seats & State quota seats for MBBS & BDS programme. However you might want to try getting a seat in few Private colleges & deemed Universities.

• Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Kelambakkam- MBBS
• Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal- BDS
• Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital, Pune- BDS
