Hey,
To be eligible for EWS Certificate, your annual family income should be less than INR 8 Lakhs and also the residential family property should be less than 1000 square feet. Under the 'EWS' Category, you need to note that the 'Family' implies the parents/siblings/spouse of the candidate/applicant applying for the EWS Category. So, you can entitle the EWS Certificate as your parents do not own this property.
Hi aspirant to get a seat for MBBS in government college with EWS category the candidate need to have minimum 180 + marks with 50 percentile.
Also one need to remember that there are the seat matrix in government colleges is 4000.
10% of the total seats for admission to MBBS/BDS colleges are reserved for EWS candidates.
Thank You.
Hello,
Yes, EWS reservation is applicable in all India quotas and you need to score above 535 marks in neet to get any of the government colleges for MBBS.
Hy,
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Undergraduate and Postgradute- NEET UG, PG Admissions 2021 will have reservations from this academic year. As per the recent orders by Government of India, GOI, 27% reservation for Other Backward Class (OBC) and 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Section, EWS has been implemented. This reservation under the All India Quota is likely to benefit about 5,500 students. All Medical, Dental Courses (MBBS / MD / MS / Diploma / BDS / MDS), will fall under the umbrella of this reservation. Because of this , and that us obvious that general category will get affected. As the number of seats will reduced in general category , however students will increase day by day . Not to mention , the competition will be very high in NEET .
So , wish you luck.
Hopes this helps

Dear Aspirant
I hope you are doing good . I would glad to tell you that at your percentile your estimated rank would be around 20562 - 23115 . At this rank you hold very low chances in getting admission in Top NITS , however you have 1-2 options like NIT manipur and nit durgapur at your percentile . The fee structure of lows nits like durgapur is 63000/- per semster . I would suggest you instead of going for low nits, Try to fill form of state universities like GGSIPU , MDU, HCU which accept jee main socre or prepare for next attempt with full dedication
