To appear for JEE Advance, you have to meet the JEE Main qualifying cutoff to appear in the JEE Advance exam. The qualifying cutoff will release with the final result after the April session, so then you will get to know whether you’re eligible for JEE advance or not.
Talking about the previous year qualifying cutoff, for example, for general category it was 90.76, the OBC Category, the cutoff was 73.61, so on the basis of your score, you would not be eligible to appear for Advance as per last year trends if you're gen or OBC. If you have gazzette with your changed name then you should not worry at all.
When a person changes his name, he has to get a gazzette certificate to verify . Due to this certificate the person's name is changed in government citizen list officially.
You may apply for neet pg with your new name
You will have to upload gazette certificate too.
Make sure your aadhar card , pan card shows your changed name .

By sitting in the CUET exam you can get admission in the Central Universities. NTA will release CUET UG application form tentatively on February 19, 2024, on their official website. Mode of exam is online. Candidates must pass their 12th to appear for the exam.
