In class 12th you only have Biology, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and sciences. No school or college will provide you psychology in 12th standard. After completing your 12th, you will get to choose the subject of Psychology. You can get the course by enrolling yourself in any university. If you wish to enroll in central universities, then you need to choose your majors as Psychology, while giving your CUET exam.
Hope you are doing good.
As per your question, you have completed ITI course, and you are absolutely eligible for the RRB ALP exam, and you can apply for the same without a second thought and can easily get the job, once you qualify the exam. This will be a great option if you get selected.
However, if you strongly wish to pursue Btech course, then you can go towards the same. According to me, you can first join the Btech course and later on give the RRB ALP exam, if you prioritize the Btech course.
Hope you are doing great.
According to your question, you can either go for the completion of the course again or else you can just enroll yourself in NIOS programme as well. As recently the Directorate General of Shipping accepted the NIOS syllabus on par with the regular syllabus. So, what matters is only your skills and knowledge for your chosen dream. Study either way but study in a perfect manner,
First of all, it’s great that you are preparing seriously for JEE despite the challenges. Don’t lose hope. Many students take alternative routes and still reach top institutions.
Regarding your eligibility for JEE Advanced, the key rule to understand is this: A student is allowed to appear for JEE Advanced in the same year or the following year of passing Class 12 or equivalent examination .
Since you are giving your 12th board exams in 2024, this will be considered your first attempt year . So, if you clear JEE Main 2024 and qualify for JEE Advanced, you are eligible to write JEE Advanced in 2024 .
You’ll also be eligible for a second attempt in 2025 , but not beyond that, as per the current rules.
One important point is that you must meet all other eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced, such as:
Being among the top 2.5 lakh candidates in JEE Main
Not having taken JEE Advanced more than twice
Not having accepted admission in an IIT in the past
Make sure you have all the correct documents, including your 10th and 12th certificates when results are declared.
Keep checking the official JEE Advanced website or brochure once it’s released, to confirm any changes in rules.
Yes, after qualifying the GATE exam, some institutes and PSUs may conduct interviews as part of their selection process for admissions or job placements. It's essential to check the specific selection criteria and process of the institutes or PSUs you are interested in for accurate information regarding interviews or additional selection rounds.
Hope this helps you,
