No you won't be allowed to sit for neet exam unless you clear all your subjects of class xii.
You won't be eligible for applying neet.
Also you must score minimum 150 marks in pcb
Eligibility criteria for appearing Neet is that the candidate must be an Indian.
The candidate must have completed 17 years Age.
The student must have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology. Along with it English is mandatory subject. Hence you must appear for compartment exam first , clear all the subjects of class xii then next year you can try for neet.
