how can I get admission in BHU except jee mains and advance for b.tech ??

snehasinha1718 Student Expert 19th Mar, 2021

Hey,

BHU does not conduct any separate entrance exam for B.Tech courses. Although IIT-BHU comes under Bananas Hindu University, you have to clear JEE-Mains and JEE-Advanced exams(which are being conducted for admission in IITs and NITs all over India) for being eligible to participate in the counseling process.

Hope this helps.

NEET exam is to be held on 13th September. And now there might not be any further change in NEET exam.

While JEE is to be conducted from September 1-6. There is news that JEE might get delayed further as it's exam dates are clashing with UPSC and NDA exams. Many people have filed petition to not to delay further , but it might get delayed.

But there is no official announcement for change of dates of both exams.

NEET 2020 exam postponed again ?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 1st Jul, 2020
Harsha, No updated information yet.  The latest information that we have is that CBSE exams have been cancelled. The CBSE exams that have been scheduled for July 1st to 5th have been cancelled as per CBSE's decision. The same has been conveyed to the Supreme Court as well. Students have an option to appear in the examination only if they wish to. But if they do not wish to appear for the examination, then their performance in the last 2 examinations will be considered to grant them marks. And CBSE informed the Supreme Court its assessment scheme. According to that, those students who have completed all their CBSE exams will be assessed based on their performance in the exams. Those who appeared for more than 3 or more subjects the average of the marks secured in the best of the 3 will be given to those subjects for which exams have not been conducted. And those students who have written just 1 or 2 subjects, the results will be declared on the basis of their internal, practical or project assessments for the subjects they haven't written the examinations. And if students want to appear for the exams, they can do so when they are conducted. ICSE might have a slightly changed model and Supreme Court has agreed to that. And amid all this the Centre has not taken any decision regarding NEET and JEE Mains scheduled for July. So we still need to wait to hear from them. Today being already Wednesday, we only might hear from them on Monday or the next week
