I enter wrong annual income in cuet form it effect during admission

Rubina Naseer 27th Mar, 2025

Will Entering the Wrong Annual Income in the CUET Form Affect Admission?

Entering incorrect annual income in the CUET application form may affect your admission if it impacts reservation benefits, fee waivers, or scholarships . However, if the mistake is unintentional and does not influence category-based benefits, it might not create major issues.

What You Can Do?

  1. Check Correction Window: CUET provides a correction period. If available, update the details.

  2. Inform the University: If corrections are not possible, inform the admitting university during document verification.

  3. Carry Proof: Keep income certificates ready in case verification is required.

If the incorrect income does not affect eligibility, it may not impact your admission. Always verify details before submission to avoid issues.

vaibhavi bhalsod 20th Aug, 2024

hello

The BCom Honours program is a 3-year undergraduate course

BCom Honours Timings: It Varies

The timing for a BCom Honours program can vary significantly depending on the college or university you attend.

Typical Timeframes:

While there's no one-size-fits-all answer, here's a general idea:

Morning Sessions: Many colleges start BCom Honours classes in the morning, typically between 8 AM to 9 AM.

Afternoon Sessions: Some colleges offer afternoon batches, starting around 12 PM or 1 PM.

Evening Sessions: A few institutions might have evening classes for working professionals, starting around 5 PM or later.

Factors Affecting Timings:

College/University: Different institutions have their own schedules.

Course Structure: Some programs might have a mix of theory and practical classes, affecting timings.

Batch Size: Larger batches might have more time slots.

Location: Urban areas often have more flexible timings compared to rural areas.

How to Find Specific Timings:

To get accurate information about the timings for a particular BCom Honours program, you should:

Check the College Website: Most colleges publish their academic calendar or timetables online.

Contact the Admissions Office: They can provide specific details about class timings.

Sir, I got 23000 rank in ap icet, is it a good rank? And my caste is Bc-a, Can I get a seat in AU or other Universities??

gopi 19th Jul, 2025

Hi Rajesh,

A rank of 23,000 in AP ICET is moderate. The chance of you getting a seat depends on multiple factors like category, gender, local area, and number of seats available. Since you belong to BC-A, you have had a slightly better chance than general category students.

However, you can expect difficulty getting on the preferred courses in top universities like Andhra University (AU) for MBA/MCA. Your rank of 23,000 means you have a low chance admission to these preferred courses, especially in high demanded courses/specializations. You can still expect a seat in:

  1. AU (not the main campus) affiliated colleges
  2. Other decent universities or private colleges
  3. You can research colleges in SVU or JNTU-K regions as cutoff ranks in BC-A may be higher.

I have completed my 10+2 in commerce with Basic Mathematics so should I complete only physics or both physics and Standard maths in NIOS. in simple words , is basic mathematics in 10+2 eligible for becoming a commercial pilot.

Nitin Kumar 22nd May, 2024

No, Basic Mathematics in 10+2 is not eligible for becoming a commercial pilot in India.  To become a commercial pilot in India, you need Physics and Mathematics (Standard or Applied) as mandatory subjects in your 10+2 education.

NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) is a legitimate option to complete your missing subjects.Earning a Standard Mathematics (not Basic Maths) certificate from NIOS along with Physics would fulfill the eligibility criteria for commercial pilot training.

If feasible, consider re-appearing for your 10+2 exams with Physics and Maths as subjects. This might be a quicker option compared to NIOS.
