how to prepare law cet examination

Jyoti Eyasmin 20th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Here we’ll talk about the following in details -

MH CET Law Preparation Tips 2022 - Subject Wise Preparation Tips

Legal Aptitude & Reasoning

It is one of the most significant passages in the MH CET law for the 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes in 2022. This phase requires a significant amount of time from candidates. Common law, prepositions, fact-based questions, and Indian government will all be covered in the legal aptitude test. Candidates should jot down quick notes on legal terms, concepts, and current events as they study for this subject. There will be a few moderately challenging questions in the MH CET legal 3-year LLB that demand students to exhibit knowledge equivalent to graduation level.

English Language and Comprehension

Reading English news articles and consulting a grammar book appropriate for Class 12 will help you improve your language skills. Candidates should concentrate on expanding their vocabulary and learning more legal jargon, idioms, and phrases as they get ready for this portion.

Maths Preparation

Only the 5-year LLB in law offered by MH CET contains this section, which is worth 10 marks. The mathematics portion of the MH CET will be Class 10 level in difficulty. Candidates can therefore earn the most points from this section by practising questions on a couple of the provided themes. Algebra, profit and loss, time and work, average, speed and distance, etc. are important topics for this area. Like the logical section, a candidate's practise will determine how well they perform on the math section.

General Knowledge with Current Affairs

The general knowledge should be prepared using either NCERTs or a conventional general knowledge book like Lucent GK since it deals with static topics like history, economy, environment, polity, and geography. The best way to get ready for the current events segment, which will be active, is to read daily newspapers and periodicals on current affairs.

Logical and Analytical Reasoning

A lot of practise would be necessary to master this section. Candidates should constantly practise the logical and analytical reasoning-based exam questions. These contain crossword puzzle questions, queries about kinship and age relationships, and other things like van diagrams. During their preparation, candidates should also complete a significant number of practise exams.

I have scored 50% in 12th examination but my combine percentage of physics, chemistry and biology are 44% Am I applicable for pharmacy

shivanipundir145 11th Jun, 2022

Hello there,

As per the eligibility criteria of BPharma ,

  • students must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology.
  • Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

So there is no specific mention of combine percentage in all the three subjects.

Therefore , I don't think there would be any problem for you to apply for the  pharmacy course.

Toget admission into the Pharmacy course, students have to complete their 10+2 education & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam. The national level entrance exam is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT 2022).

There are also state wise examinations conducted.

So please check the state pharmacy exam details according to your state.

I hope it might have helped.

I have filled wrong venue of examination (exam centre) in application form of Comedk UNI-GAUGE. Admition card has been rolled out. Now I want to change my exam centre.I have mailed them for the same. Didnt get the response yet. Is it possible to change exam centre after the release of admit card

Subhalaxmi Biswal 12th Jun, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Uni-GAUGE-E entrance for Engineering Courses like BE / B.Tech in Uni-GAUGE member universities. This is a CBT Test. COMEDK UGET was conducted for admission into UG engineering degrees. Formerly these exams were administered as two different exams. COMEDK UGET was administered as an offline entrance exam in the state of Karnataka. Uni-GAUGE E was accomplished as an online entrance all over  India. On the due day, these two exams will be administered on the exact day during the exact term and as one individual exam.

Eligibility - Aspirants who qualified second Pre-University Course or 10+2 or Higher Secondary or comparable examination.

Diploma learners in Engineering streams are competent. The exam qualification should be acknowledged by State / Central Government. Aspirants giving the aforementioned exams in the current educational year are also desirable to apply.

You can't change the exam centre after the publishing of admit card. It is against the rules as the exam centre has already been allotted to students now and there can't be any changes now at the last moment.

Regards.

i have got 377 marks in neet examination ,whethere will be a chance for getting government medical College for mbbs in tamil nadu within 2 lakh fees per year?

Sevit Kar 19th Jul, 2022

Hello,

Honestly , as you have not mentioned your category i am considering you as a general category candidate ,let me tell you that it is not possible to get a government college in Tamil Nadu because the cut off for general category is very high.

But yes if you belong to SC/ST category then there are chances for you to get a seat. Your predicted all india rank would be around 2.15L . There after certain conditions are considered while deciding the cut off like number of vacant seats in college, choices filled by the candidates, previous year trends.

If you want to know about the colleges you can get , you can take the help of the college predictor link given below-

Subhalaxmi Biswal 13th Jun, 2022

Yes, a sign of a gazetted officer in the photocopies of your required documents is required for KCET. You have to show the documents during admission. Hello aspirant,

You would not be accepted into any government medical or dental college with a score of 400 under either the 15% All India quota counselling or the 85% state quota counselling. You should consider applying to the private medical schools in your state where there may be opportunities.

Thank you
