Hi
No, there's no examination other than NEET for admission in mbbs.
This is because,
NEET is the sole entrance examination for admission in all the colleges for admission in mbbs be it government or private. There's one college i. e AFMC where in addition to neet, you need to also clear its TOELR, PAT & interview examination while in rest of the colleges admission is completely on neet marks.
Here's how you can get admission in MBBS :-
------------------------------) Appear in Neet examination
To be eligible for neet one must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category. Also needs to be at least 17 years old. There's no upper age limit. You can get complete eligibility criteria at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-eligibility-criteria
------------------------------) Qualify neet examination. Qualifying cut off in neet is given below
General :- 50th Percentile
OBC:- 40th Percentile
SC :-40th Percentile
ST :- 40th percentile
To be on the safer side, out of 720 marks, target at least around 580 -630 marks for state quota seats and 650 marks in neet for All india quota seats if you belong to general category.
------------------------------) Participate in neet counselling. There are 2 counsellings -
Mcc counselling :- It is conducted for 15% AIQ seats, 100% Deemed Universities seats, Central Universities seats (Delhi University, AMU & BHU ), 100% ESIC seats , AFMC seats (only Registration Part) & I.P University (VMMC & SJH AND ABVIMS & RML & ESIC Dental, Delhi (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota ) ,100% AIIMS seats & 100% JIPMER seats
state counselling for 85% state quota seats :- you are eligible in the state you hold the domicile of. You can get domicile criteria at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-domicile-criteria
Detailed information about counselling is available at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-seat-allotment
------------------------------) In the counselling, you can get a seat in a college on the basis of your rank in NEET examination and the category you belong to .
------------------------------) Then you have to report to the college and get your documents verified.
------------------------------) After document verification, finally you get admission in the college for mbbs.

To clear the Public Exams you need to pass in all subjects including practicals also.
As you are saying that you did not pass in Practical, so you need to reappear in the exam. Passing in Theory does have any link with Practicals passing.
You must pass in both Theory subjects and practicals with atleast minimum marks.
So, this time try to prepare well and pass in Practical exams as well.
I hope this information was helpful to you.
Best of Luck!!
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
