Ideally it should be postponed as some CBSE exams of Class 12 including Computer science , History , Legal studies & Philosophy will still be left .

You have  done all the formalities to fill up form u and all your documents have been verified successfully but the preference for your colleges list has not been verified completely. Reason behind this may be  college authority has not fixed up to your choice of colleges so you have to wait for 2/3  days and continuously or regularly nock at the authority to fill up  your choice filling of colleges for admission of 3 years LLB course.

As per your query first of all let me tell you that your question is incomplete as you didn't mention any exam name of which counselling you are taking part.As I know if  one want to accept the seat n second round then he should  pay the fees and freeze it. If he didn't want the seat then he have to do nothing and he will automatically go for the next round but if he didn't get any college in the next round then the seat which he previously got , that will be the final seat for that round.

Sorry to say you but you have not mentioned about which examination you are talking about. You should mention the actual examination name to clarification of all doubts regarding their counselling process. Basically once you you didn't accept the seat in the first counselling round then automatically or in some cases manually the first seat got cancelled and you have to go for or second round and the seat position elected in second round for you you there you have to take admission.suppose if you want to cancel this also so then you will be proceed to 3rd round,if in third round you didn't get any kinds of sets then the seat of second round will be the final seat for you.hope this will help you go through this links below to know more.

If you intend to appear for December Term End Exam then make sure you have already submitted assignments for ANC-1 and BEGE-107, the examination form is already released on 17th November at https://exam.ignou.ac.in/, the last date to fill the form is 15th December, you are required to pay Rs 200 per course, just fill in the form by firstly providing your programme code, enrollment number, RC and afterwards provide your  choice of study centre, DOB, email-Id, mobile number, course code for the courses you want to appear in the term end exam for, and at last make the requisite payment through debit card/credit card/net banking as per preference. in case you have any other queries feel free to mention in the comment box below.
