Unfortunately ESIC Faridabad does not offer BDS seat, it only offers MBBS seat through NEET under state quota as well as All India Quota. Now if you are seeking admission in BDS in Haryana then you can go with Post Graduate Institute of Dental Sciences, Rohtak but this also needs marks above 520 in state quota according to previous year's cut-offs. As you have got 457 marks so you can try for some private medical/dental colleges in Haryana or in some other states through state counselling.

here is some basic info first:
MRIIRS:
-fees (b.tech) - approx. 7.5 lacs (full)
- placements - best placements offered to CS and IT branches with a pretty high placement percentage (above 60%) and the avg. package ranging around 5-7 lacs per annum
- faculty and academic opportunities are average ( as per current student reviews)
- infrastructure is great (probably best out of the 3 colleges)
GL Bajaj:
- Fees - approx. 6 lacs
- Placements - average around 4-5 lacs
- faculty and academics is considered good
- College is pretty well regarded and ranked online
- average infrastructure though (3rd our of 3)
NIET:
- fees- approx. 5 lacs
- placements - avg. salary approx. 4 lacs per annum
- Faculty hit or miss (some really good, some poor)
- Good infrastructure
base your decision on your personal interest, the branch you wish to choose and travel convenience. Other wise all 3 colleges have decent student bodies and good college cultures.

Engineering offers a variety of jobs which depends on one's personal interests, skills and course. In YMCA, Faridabad, Out of a batch of 70 students about 25-30 get placement. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Major recruiter is TCS and the average package is 3.3lpa. Top recruiter is cadence with 10lpa package. The internship is compulsory during the 7th semester and about less than 10 students get paid internship from STM. Cadence, Mediate, Fundamental, and almost every company allow EIC students that visited here for computer or IT students.
