If you belong to Bihar, for a seat in ESIC Medical College, Faridabad, you should apply under All India Counselling. And in 2019, under All India Quota a rank of 6621 secured a seat in ESIC, Faridabad under OBC Category. That is approximately 600-610. So considering that, 424 marks might be tad less.

It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.
