For becoming a fashion designer you need to set your goal straight.
There are a lot of colleges giving you courses regrading fashion designing.

After 12th you need to opt for B.des or B. F. tech it will cost you around 4-6 lakes for full course and if you want to do masters in it it will cost you 3-4 lakhs.

If you are interested in Fashion Designing, India has some top Government Colleges like National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and National Institute of Designing (NID). These colleges conduct their own entrance exam each year in the month of April or May. NIFT conducts the exam in two rounds, one is for designing that includes Art questions and the other is written objective type including GK, Logical Reasoning and simple Maths.
