Hii igot 154 marks in neet ug.and im in sc category.is there any chance to get admission in fisheries or any allied courses
As per your Marks-154 it is difficult to say if you will get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota or something. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
It is also very difficult to get into allied health sciences courses with this mark.
For now, I suggest you must
use this link
to get a fair idea about the colleges both Private and Government you can get as per the score you have received and then plan accordingly.
Some of the low-cost private colleges are
1.Terna Medical College, Navi Mumbai The fees is around 32 lakhs
2.CCM Medical College, Durg The fees is around 43-45 lakhs
3. Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur The fees is around 27 lakhs
4. Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore The fees is around 1.5 lakhs
5. Sri Aurobindo Medical College, Indore The fees is around 6-8 lakhs
will i get bsc fisheries if my kerala State medical rank is 41832 and i belongs to obc (kusavan) category. plz reply
Dear aspirant
Your Kerala State rank is very bad and at this ranks to get govt college of any courses is quite tough. As Kerala have only one govt college for BSC fisheries i.e, Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies, Panangad which is allotted through keam counseling. Last year i.e, 2019 cutoff for this college for different categories was for general SM CANDIDATE- 8078 SC- 20519 ST- 33678. obc have different categories in Kerala I don't specific one's of your. But it will in between sm and st category ranks only. So if we compare to that you have almost no chance of getting that college at your state rank.
Hope this information helps you
Gud luck!!
i get 313 marks in bcece and my ur rank is 4929 and my sc rank is 355 can i get any government agri, pharmacy or any para medical, horticulture or any fisheries college
Dear Aspirant,
You may have some chances of securing a seat in a government Institute to pursue graduation in the preferred stream of course. An unreserved rank of close to 5000 in Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination won't provide you a government seat in any of the above mentioned courses. The only way to do so is through your scheduled caste reservation category. You may receive some stiff competition in your category.
The main problem that may be the biggest obstacle for you is the number of seats. All the courses that you do want to join in any government Institute have very limited seats. In Bihar, the number of seats for bsc agriculture is just above 300. Furthermore, each government college has a limited number of reservation seats in a particular course. The number of Paramedical seats are only 120. The number of Fishery seats is only 42, 15% of which is filled by the examination conducted by ICAR and not through BCECE. The number of horticulture seats are even less- only 25 in the College of Horticulture, Noorsarai, Nalanda. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and the perishable position that you are in right now. The number of seats is extremely limited and it is so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. The only way that you can get a government seat is through your reservation, although you might face some very stiff competition. Good Luck.
My Kerala medical rank 40199.Can I join fisheries course?
Dear aspirant
Sorry to say but you can't get a seat in Kerala university because the cut offs are increasing year by year. You can apply for the another colleges or you can go for the management quota of the Kerala University.
All the best.
i scored 45marks in eamcet and 8.5 in ipe will i get seat in fisheries
Hello aspirant
It is difficult to predict without rank and category and they are the main factors to decide your seat.
As of last year cut offs for fishery are
Oc-5873rank
Bc a-6746rank
Bc b-6358rank
Bc d-6702rank
Sc-7377rank
St-5571rank
The above cutoffs are subject to change as they depend upon difficulty of paper and number of students attended the counselling.
Hope this helps. All the best.
bsc aquaculture or industrial fish and fisheries which course has more job scope?
Hey dear, both agriculture and fishery have their seperate fan base, people pursue it out of their interest, since you asked about their job scope so i want tell you that each and every sector have good job scope, you just need to find the way to it, be passionate about whatever you are pursuing.
Respected sir, My caste is Bc-B , Muslim minority, in Ap eamcet agriculture & medical 2020. I got 28k rank... In which college can I get seat.. plz reply..Any chances to get free seat in Horticulture or fisheries??
In 2019, an Overall Rank of 21274 secured a set in Horticulture in BC-B Category. But this was for AU Farmer reservation. And so with a rank of 28000, it is tad difficult for a seat in Horticulture. For fisheries an Overall Rank of 21274 secured a seat under AU Farmer's quota. So with a rank of 28000, it is difficult for a free seat.
what are scope and salary after doing bsc fisheries?
Hello,
Yes there is scope in Bsc fisheries and if you want you can get a job but in order to get a good job try to get a masters degree or any other good Cerification course in your field. And some scope available is export inspection agency, marine product export development authority, FSSAI, Fisheries survey of india, NIO, government jobs etc. Thanks
is it necessary for doing pg from IARI new delhi one has to do bsc from icar accredited University? or those who studied bsc agriculture, biotech, fisheries, forestry etc from private University that is not accredited to icar can also apply?
Hey!
For giving ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission(AIEEA) PG exam those candidtes are eligible who have completed their degree from private universities/colleges accredited by the ICAR.
So Yes it is true the graduation degree should be from colleges/universities those are accredited by the ICAR.
