Dear leaner,
Both branch is like two eyes in food science technology ,while comparison both has equally occupied jobs ,and offers ,but lastly food technology wins ,
Btech food technology is more prominent than btech dairy science as their will be jobs right after completion of the degree .
The average salary states 4.25 lakhs - 10 lakhs per year and have huge scope in industrial sector .
Coming to btech dairy science the students had scope in dairy factory which is very few in number, that seems less employment, they mostly learn about production, process, quality assurance
The minimum salary starts from 15,000- 25,000 per month ,
All the best.
If you compare the reviews provided by different users about both of the colleges then you will find that Government Medical College, Thiruvanthapuram is much better compared to that of Madras Medical College in terms of Admission, College and Faculties. As per the information available, the clinical exposure one can achieve from GMC, Thiruvanthapuram is much better compared to that of MMC as the critical cases are very frequent in GMC and as you know for a doctor tackling the hard cases is the best training. So if you get to choice between this two then you can go for GMC Thiruvanthapuram which will be a better choice.

Hi Kavitha,
Amrita College has 3 campuses & apparently, the one at Bangalore has horrible food quality & taste. It provides only vegetarian food. Companies like Amazon, Cisco, Arista Networks, etc. Mass recruiting companies of our college are TCS, Wipro and CodeVita offer placements here & the highest salary can be around 30 lakhs to 50 lakhs (mostly CSE students) depending on the company that hires you. The average salary is around 6-8LPA. Around 90% students get placed from this college.
Students from Mechanical Engineering & electrical do not get packages more than 7LPA.
There is proper medical facility available in the campus. There are 6 computer labs. Every sport is given a lot of attention & there are spacious playgrounds & equipment.
The faculty is also apparently very experienced & knowledgeable.
Satyabhama University apparently provides amazing food. The highest salary is around 20 - 40 LPA offered by companies like Amazon, Microsoft. Companies like Cognizant, Wipro, HCL, Nokia, Amazon, Adobe and Capgemini, etc. offer placements here. The average salary is around 4-5LPA . More than 60% students gets placed.
The labs in the college are one of the best labs where every type of equipment is available. Classrooms are E-classrooms with a projector facility. There is a very well-maintained library. The food provided in the hostel as well as the canteen is awesome. There is a separate canteen for the girls.
The faculty is also very efficient & help students in their research work & various other academic work.
Hope this helps.
See both of the colleges are of similar possibilities. But MSc Food Technology has more job prospect at least on the basis of campus placement compared to that of Nutrition and Dietetics. So I would recommend you to go for MSc Food Technology course than Nutrition course as MSc Food Tech have more employability in industries compared to that of the other course.
