Nope! For the GATE examination the 3 year or 4 years BSc Students are eligible to sit for the examination. Essentially after the BSc, GATE don't offer that much of a opportunity. I would recommend you to go for the other university entrances and complete your MSc and then you can apply (after MSc or during MSc as the GATE score is valid for 2 years) through GATE for PhD and other studies.
