If you become Bsc agriculture graduate there is the scope for your job is agriculture officer which average salary 9 lakhs per annum. No it is not necessary to do both B.Sc and M.Sc in forensic science in order to get into CBI.
In order to become a forensic scientist candidates must complete class 12 with basic science or maths. Candidates are required to complete their graduation with science/ math/ forensic science/ biotechnology/ pharmacy ( or accordingly to college and recruiters) .
