Some institutes prepare merit lists on the basis of the marks obtained in their qualifying examination or degree.Based on that mark you will get admission.Also there are national level entrance exams for the admission.

mht-cet is an entrance exam for college admissions in Maharashtra.
bsc in forensic science is an undergraduate degree program for the students who want to pursue a career in forensic science studies.
The duration of the B.Sc Forensic Science is three years.
some colleges in Maharashtra requires your mht-cet score for bsc forensic science admission, but admission at some other location may not require mht-cet, most of the colleges grant admission on the merit basis.

First of all congratulations for completing graduation degree in B.Com .
This is the eligibility criteria for the M.Sc. in Forensic Science : The minimum M.Sc Forensic Science eligibility demands the students to have pursued an UG in Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised Institute . The minimum age limit for this course is 20 years of age.
So you are not eligible for this course.
