    Congrats on scoring a 6 pointer in IELTS. Speaking of getting a master's degree which is a post graduation course, to get into Aus/New Zealand you will need a minimum of 6.5 overall in IELTS. No university accepts a student with 6 for a post graduation studies. Sorry.

    Dear Sanchari, There are 2 Universities in New Zealand that offer MBBS, University of Auckland and University of Otago.This is called MBChB which is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Qualification. This is a 6 year Medical Programme with 1 year of mandatory Pre Medical Course. In order to apply for either of the Universities, appearing for UMAT and IELTS is mandatory. An International student is expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Bio Science, etc and it is mandatory. There is 1 year of Premedical preparation program however that is for the local students. So, Ideally if you want to pursue Medicine in New Zealand, you should have a Bachelor's degree. The rest of the curriculum is the same for both the Universities. 2 years of Pre clinical theory and 3 years of clinical theory with clinical attachments. You also can study a selective subject for a particular duration. Its the same with Australia too. You have to have a Bachelor's degree before you go there to pursue Medicine.

    To be able to apply to new for neurosurgery at New Zealand you first need to achieve 50% or more aggregate in physics chemistry and Biology in your class 12th examination then you need to apply for MBBS either in India through neet or from new Zealand.
    MBBS in New Zealand is offered by two universities. It is Otago Univesrity and Aukland University
    Entry Requirements to study MBBS
    First year is a premedical preparation program designed for the local students, which also calls the international students to hold similar qualification. Bachelor degree in science field like health science, bioscience etc is mandatory.UMAT qualification is mandatory before applying to MBBS. 
    Health Sciences Admission Test. Students should apply for this test before end of June every year. The actual test is conducted during the month of July.Another mandatory requirement to get eligibility for studying medicine is English proficiency.
    IELTS or TOEFL score should be a minimum of 7.0However, if you have completed any undergraduate or masters degree in New Zealand, you dont need to provide IELTS qualification.
    • Then for further you need to apply for post graduation in neurosurgery you have to apply for NZREX CLINICAL EXAMINATION.

    If you've decided to study a Master's degree at a university in Australia or new zealand , you will have to gather the right documents to prove that you fit the application requirements. You have to present:

    • Your personal information;

    • Your work experience (only if you have been employed before);

    • An application fee;

    • An English certificate (some countries are exempt);

    • Proof that you changed your name, if you got married (Congrats, I'm sure you looked lovely in the photos!);

    • Your grades, or the grade you got at your final exam.

    In an Indian competitive exam like JEE/NEET, the state from which the candidate has passed class 12th(Board Exam) is considered as his/her home state. In NITs and Government Medical Colleges certain percentage of seats are reserved in home state quota unlike IITs or IISERs.
