GCET B.Arch
Hello Aspirant,
There is as such no official data for the number of applicants who have given jee mains paper 2 but as per my knowledge and the previous year data the number of candidates would be atleast 50k in the both sessions.
So, the competition in the architecture paper is very less as compared to jee mains paper 1 for B.tech. Some students give both the examination if their drawing skills are good specially . And if they score a good rank they go for B.arch if they are not able to achieve a good rank in B.tech.
Candidates who want to apply for BArch at PRIST University must have appeared in the NATA. They should also have passed the 10+2 examination or 10+3 diploma exam with Maths as a compulsory subject having a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) in aggregate.
Candidates who have completed a diploma programme from a recognised technical education board are eligible to apply for the BArch programme. In addition, the candidate must have taken mathematics, physics, and chemistry as required subjects from a recognized board or institution.
