You haven't mentioned your son's rank. But going by the marks the rank might be approximately between 30-50,000. You haven't mentioned your Category either. So this answer is being written assuming that you belong to General Category.

General Surgery:

VMKV Medical College

Aarupadai Veedu Medical College

Sree Balaji Medical College

Anaesthesia:

VMKV Medical College

Chettinad Academy of Higher Education

Dr. D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth

You did not mention your Category, So I will consider your Category as General Category and write this answer. According to last year cut offs and your rank for General surgery you have chances in:

Shree Balaji Medical College and Hospital

Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital

VMKV Medical College and Hospital

These are Private Medical colleges in Tamilnadu. it id difficult for Karnataka colleges with this rank. But for B Category seats also you will need a better rank.
