CUET 2022 examination structure
There are 4 categories
There are two slots in this exam.
Slot-1
You can select a peak of 4 exams in Slot 1.
This encompasses one language from Section IA, utmost of two domain-specific subjects (Section II) and one General exam (Section III).
So, you will give the exam in Slot -1.
This exam will only occur in the English language mainly except for the language subject you have chosen.
For slot 2
One language from Section IA & IB and a limit of four domain-specific subjects from Section II. OR
Two languages from Section IA & IB and a limit of three domain-specific subjects from Section II.

General test i.e. section III of CUET exam is not compulsory but based upon the requirements of the Universities or programs you're applying for.
Section III, which will be based on current affairs, general knowledge, quantitative reasoning, and the application of basic mathematical concepts.

I suppose you are talking about the CUET application form. If you have selected only English in Language From Section IA and didn't fill any domain-specific subject, you can make the changes when the correction window opens. To know the dates for same follow the official website. https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/
However, if you do not make the changes in the correction period your application will surely be rejected and you will receive a message vis email for the same.

Accountancy/Book Keeping, Biology/ Biological Studies/ Biotechnology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Computer Science/ Informatics Practices, Economics/Business Economics, History, Home Science, Legal Studies, Environmental Studies, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, and Sanskrit.
Engineering Graphics, Entrepreneurship, Knowledge Tradition Practises in India, Fine Arts/ Visual Arts/ Commercial Arts, Teaching Aptitude, Agriculture, Mass Media/Mass Communication, Physical Education/NCC/Yoga, and Performing Arts.
For DU CUET, these are the norms
One language paper ( mandatory )
Three domain subjects ( mandatory )
A required percentage in language paper
For B.A Psychology (Hons.)
One language from list A, any two subjects from B1 and one subject from either B1 or B2.
So, a general test is not required for this subject at DU.
Your score in the above-mentioned subject will be computed to decide the rank.

So, you're not eligible for admission to DU through CUET UG.
You have not mentioned the subject you have applied for. So, these are the eligibility norms.
For B.Sc. (Hons.) Anthropology, B.Sc. (Hons.) Biological Sciences
1 language paper from section 1A (a 30% total or more in the language is required) and 3 obligatory domain subjects that comprise Phy, Chem, and Bio/Biological St./ Biotech/ Biochem.
For B.Sc. (Hons.) Botany, B.Sc. (Hons.) Zoology, B.Sc. (Hons.) Biomedical Science, B.Sc Microbiology - 1 language subject (a 30% total or more in the language is required) and three domain subjects, Phys, Chem, and Bio/Biological Studies/ Biotech/ Biochem.
For B.Sc. Home Science
Bio, Phy and any one additional subject from Section B (or)
Bio, Chem, and one additional subject from Section B.
For B.Sc. Mathematics, B.Sc. Statistics
1 language paper and 3 domain subjects from Section B which includes Maths.
A general test selection is also necessary.
For B.Sc. Geology
One language from section 1A with 30% or more in the entrance exam.
Phy, Chem, Maths Or Phy, Chem, Geography/Geology Or Phy, Chem, and Bio/Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry
B.Sc. (Hons) Environmental Science, B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Technology
One language from section 1A in the CUET exam. 30% or more in this subject.
PCM or PCB subject combination to be chosen.
For B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Sc. Physics, B.Sc. Polymer Science
One language from section 1A
PCM subject combination to be chosen.
For B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science
One language paper from section 1A.
Maths along with the other two subjects from Section-B to be chosen.
The merit record will be made established on the CUET totals achieved in Maths and the additional two subjects.
So you had to choose three domain-specific subjects to be eligible for DU. So, if are not eligible.
