Yes you can write the upsc exam after completing graduation in Bsc Genetics. Candidates must graduate from ugc approved university and completed 21 years of age are eligible to write exam. Arts ,Commerce, science and other graduate students are eligible for upsc cse exam.

The eligibility criteria dictates that the candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline in order to appear for the exam. It doesn't matter what subject you have graduated in.
