Dear Aspirant,
Andhra University is one of the most reputed Institutes of the state and provides innumerable courses to several students with great facilities and infrastructure and minimal fees charged for the same irrespective of the course. Being a public/state government University, it has provisions of encompassing seats pertaining to different categories of reservation.
For some reservation category students, the cutoff rank is less whereas for other categories, the cutoff rank is more.
For Geo-informatics, the cutoff rank is extremely high somehow close to being 30000. So I hope you can now see in which position you lie and how much marks or rank you need to secure before you have any real chances of getting admission in the prestigious Institute.
Make sure that you have your caste certificate ready to be furnished at the time of counselling. Inability of the candidate to furnish such relevant documents at the time of Counselling shall result in the candidate forefeiting the seat, especially in a government college.

Both Andhra University and Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University are one of the best Institutes of the state. At a general rank of 65023, it is highly unlikely that you will be offered a seat in these Government Institutes.
The only way by which you can get admission in any of the above mentioned branches is through your category rank which is the SC or Scheduled Caste Category. As far as the branch of geo-informatics is concerned in Andhra University, the general cutoff rank for SC students is close to 90000. Your general rank is way within this cutoff rank and so you definitely can get admission in geo-informatics in AU.
Now as far as other branches are concerned like you have mentioned above that of computer science engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering, etc, there is no way that you can get admission in those branches. The cutoffs for these branches are way too low and you need to have a very good quota rank in order to be part of such Imperial Institutes.
The same goes for Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University as well where you require a much better rank in order to seek admission in that Institute.
In case you might consider getting admission in other colleges and want to keep your options open, you can always compare these colleges by just clicking on this link:-
