After B.tech in ECE you can surely go for M.A with B.ed as most of the universities & colleges conducts the entrance exam offering an MA in Geography in India. Graduation degree in any field with minimum 60% marks(in some cases it's 50%) is needed. For PGT B.ed is compulsory.
But most of the top Universities in India required Honors in graduation with same subject to get seat for M.A entrance exam
