IIT roorkee and NIT warangal both are very great colleges in India. It depend on you to choose the college based on your deciding factors such as your convenience, location and so on. Also you can check the individual reviews of the colleges in the web and have a clear idea about their management. Moreover the ranking of the college too. As per the ranking my advice is best to choose IIT Roorkee and it ranked among the top 10 colleges in India . So IIT is a prestigious institute too. I suugest you IIT than NIT.
