If you want be the English teacher and also want to teach the foreign language, then the first step of becoming a teacher is to get a B.Ed degree. It is the foremost requirement if you want to be the teacher. Do an undergraduate course with English being one of your subject and also get a certified course in the foreign language of your choice. Clear the adequate levels for being the teacher of that language, then you will be eligible to teach in both the languages. First of all it will be very difficult for you to master in all such languages like Spanish French and German along with English when it comes with the study of pursuing degree in medicine. But if you are planning to get a job for doing practice in US or other states of America like places then it is quite useless of doing medicine degree in Spanish French and German. You cannot get admission into any colleges in Germany without their entrance test Studienkolleg which is an exam in German language. This is a compulsory test to check your knowledge on German language.

You need at least C1 level of German language with certificate.
