Hello. Yes, definitely there is reservation for single girl child. If you are considering NEET, then you should be having no brother or sister. You should be the only child of your parents.
Twin sister is allowed. No issue with that. This criteria is available to 1% state level quota. Kindly check once with the colleges.
Careers360 has provided the list of colleges.

Hello. As per my research, there is no such reservation for single girl child in NEET.
There is definitely a state quota for girls , which you can apply for. It is mentioned on the official website of NEET.
For better reference I am proving a article of careers360 regarding this.

hello aspirant,
According to the official website there is no reservation for a single girl child in NEET in our country and they are treated under normal reservation policy i.e without any benefits for seats .However, there are some colleges that have girl reservation quota in state level colleges. Apply through state counselling in them.
hope that helps

Hope, this information helps you.
See if the rank you have mentioned is your category rank then you have no chances but if it is CRL Rank then there might be some chances for even lower NITs. If we consider it as your category rank then according to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India :-
