Hello! Regarding your query, I would like to break it to you that, during the admission in KV, maximum preference is given to Government employees but, there is a 3% reservation for differently abled children. You can apply for the admission.
Hello,
No, there is no such thing as single girl child reservation. This scheme is for scholarships not for admission process. NEET reservation criteria 2021 is the percentage of seats that are reserved for several categories such as scheduled tribes (ST), scheduled castes (SC), other backward classes (OBC), economically weaker section (EWS), and physically disabled candidates (PwD), for admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses, offered in all medical and dental colleges across the country.

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well. There are no single girl child reservations in NEET through All India Quota. From your profile I came to know that you belong from Punjab . The 1% reservation for single girl child was introduced in the state of Punjab in 2013 but was later removed . This reservation was also applied for twin daughters .
So,as of now there is no such reservation for single girl child . For futher information regarding the kind of reservations provided in the state of Punjab ,you can visit the link given below :

Hope my answer helped.
Dear Aspirant
You don't have to worry if your allotted seat was cancelled due to not meeting some certain category, you still are eligible for further rounds of counseling but as a unreserved or general candidate. So you if your rank is good enough to get a seat through general category, then there shouldn't be any problem.
Hope this helps.
Hello Aspirant! According to your percentile, your expected rank would be around 2.7 lakh something. With this rank, it would be quite difficult for you to get any colleges under the JOSAA or CSAB counselling. You can try in other state level counsellings like JAC Chandigarh. Chances of getting a college under these are moderate to low but you can try as there are variations in cutoff every year. You can also try in other private colleges either through management quota or by clearing the cutoff like for: KIIT, Bhubaneshwar Thapar University Chandigarh University MIT, Manipal etc. You can also use this link to predict your college: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp
I hope you are doing fine, Yes, single girl child scholarship is offered on institute level. It varies entirely with the institution or college/university, in terms of fee or what they will provide the single girl child scholarship. Even at postgraduate level, In order to achieve and promote girls education, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has established a Post Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child with the goal of compensating direct costs of girl education at all levels, particularly for girls who are the only girl child in their family.
There are many scholarships available like -
So if you provide your exact information about your education I would be able to guide to more accurately.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck

Hello mam
We can say the scheme in first place aims at promoting education of girls by partly compensating cost of higher education of particularly those girls who happen to be the only or twin girl child of their family.
In NITs and IIITs , there is no such quota as single girl child. This type of quotas are only present in some specific GFTIs and state run government colleges
In addition to the Central Government initiative, several state Universities have also initiated steps like reserving some seats for single girl child. For instance, Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) and Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-D) have introduced a Single Girl Child quota, as per which all the institutes offering B.Tech courses in the state have to reserve one seat for single girl children from Delhi. You can apply to these.
