Unfortunately it's not possible to stay with your sister in hostel as in India, it's not yet available for both the genders to stay in the same hostel room, be it siblings or friends. You will have to stay in boy's hostel as both the genders have different hostels. Even if they allow you to stay with your sister, it can become uncomfortable for other girls which is my you won't be allowed to do this.

Admission for GNM are usually started from the month of june or july and they continue throughout the month. The eligibility criteria for the same is Candidates who have passed the class 12 examination in the Science stream with 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology are eligible for admission and for other caste it is 35% that is a 5% exemption.

Yes, you can take admission in GNM course after Graduation. The main eligibility criteria to pursue a GNM course is that the students must have completed their 10+2 from the Science stream, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects with 50% marks in qualifying subjects.
No, Arts students or candidates who have pursued Humanities in class 12th are not eligible to appear for NEET. Since the main ubjects tested in NEET are Physics, Chemistry and Biology, candidates must have sufficient knowledge and the stream must be PCM in 12th. You cannot even give NEET even if you completed GNM course.
