First of all, Google does not visit any college for hiring students. But yes, many students from the top NITs get hired by google year and especially the CS/IT branch. Also, if you wish to get into google, only your skillset will matter. For Google, college name doesn't matter but only skills do.

If you do well in your all 4 Academic years and get good percentile in your all four years of b tech, no one will stop you to get a good job in reputed Companies like Google, Amazon etc . No doubt while placements are provided your x and xii marks are also considered. That is only for reference. It doesn't make any sense to reject you. If you will perform good in all your placement rounds , personal interview etc. You will get what you worth. Your aptitude, behaviour in college, with your teachers , all these things matters. I would like to say that Google is a Multination company they provides lots of opportunity for young aspirants but they are finding well talented persons those are good in programming if you are wants to join in technical or IT then you must be completed your btech and google also provides off campus drive but it is more then 8-10 round of interview and you have to be crack your interview then only you get the job .

You meed to be very smart enough when you go for interviews and campus placements GDs or PIs that some of your weaknesses of [ast that you are worried about get overshadowed by your Personality. If you are talented enough now and can answer all the questions that they ask and promise all that they need  as per your Btech education then dont worry this 10th or 12th marks wont be a hurdle in your placements.
