Hello student Google chromebook is just a laptop like normal laptop but for programming and other stuff which is important in B.tech computer science engineering chromebook is not preferable you should go with laptop which have good specifications like 8gb ram 1tb hard disk. If your budget is around 50,000 then go for Apple Mack book.
