I failed my 12th boards and then gave retest I passed them but I want to score more so can I give 12th boards again even if I passed it once ? I am in GSEB.

Sanjana Singh 10th Sep, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing well!

If you failed once that means you appeared for the compartment exam to qualify it,and now you are unsatisfied with your scores, you think of reappearing.

Then, yes dear you can give the exams again,in the form of Improvement Exam

you don't need to give the complete board exams again,if you are unhappy with a particular subject you may apply for those particulars subjects only or even others if you are interested in.

Hope this was helpful !
All the best!

Keep Smiling :)

I failed in 3 subject in 12th science GSEB when can I reappear for exam and through which pattern?

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 30th Aug, 2020

Hello,

You have to give supplementary exam to clear those papers any how. pattern will be informed by your 12th board. do register for the process and start preparation. make sure to clear the papers any how else you will lose one precious year.

Check your 12th board and find out if you are eligible for purak pariksha. previously, it used to allow candidates with 1 back paper. now it allows 2 back paper. you have 3 papers so ma not be eligible to give supplementary exam current year.

nothing to worry. mean while, prepare for any entrance exam for Higher studies. utilize the time in a right way to get the profit of wasting one year no matter what the reason was.

Hope it helps!

I got 77 percent in hsc gseb exam and 85.74 marks in gujcet can I get admission in government college

Shani Kumar 29th Aug, 2020

With that percentage and marks, its hard for you to secure any position in any government college through GUJCET. You might still apply for any private college out there because they can still take you as per the cut off declared. You haven't stated your category so can't comment much but in general category, you might not.

I have scored 88% gseb and in gujcet 106.25 so ... shall I get admission in good Colleges????

Anurag Kumar Dubey 29th Aug, 2020

Hello Junior,

GUJCET is one of the engineering entrance exam conducted in Gujarat. Candidates appearing for GUJCET 2020 must note that 60% weightage is given to marks scored in Class 12th and 40% weightage is for percentile score in GUJCET exam.

As you have scored very good marks in GUJCET about 106.25 marks then your expected rank must fall in the range of 99.98 percentile and you definitely get admission in the top college of Gujarat.

Here is the link through which you can aware of some top colleges of Gujarat which were accepting the GUJCET marks for providing admission in different programs.

GOOD LUCK !

If I Fail In Gujarat Board Purak Pariksha(Gseb Compartment Exam) Given For 2 Subjects -Physics And Chemistry. Do I Have To Repeat All Subjects Including Practical Or Only I Have to Give Exam Of Failing Subject in 2021.?Can I Change My School For Filling My Board Form? Can I Be Private Candidate?

Palak kumari 28th Aug, 2020

Hey,

According to the rule you Will have to retake the exams for all the subjects as per the syllabus. But the practical marks will remain same.

Coming to your next question the answer

You need to apply as private candidate so no need to get re-admission in school . If you want to change school you can also do this. You have one more option that is you can also opt for NIOS board.

Hope it helps.

Good luck.

3subject fail in gseb to i can possible neet exam?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 26th Aug, 2020
Hi

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for neet examination .

This is because,

You have failed in 3 subjects and thus have failed in class 12th board examination and so you fail to fulfill neet eligibility criteria which says that

to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or  at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st

Thus, you are not eligible for neet

For detailed information about neet examination go through our page for which link is provided below; -

I gave exam 12th from gseb but i can not got eligable marks for neet then I gave exam from bbose then I eligable for gustate quota board in medical???

Naija Bansal 10th Oct, 2020

Hi there,

Please consider the following for the STATE OF ELIGIBILITY:

All the candidates are eligible for this quota independent of their choice under state of eligibility. This means that the candidates can fill in any state/UT (eg. state/UT of their Class XII school, Home state/UT etc.)

Since you gave 12th boards exams from BBOSE, you will be considered eligible for that state only. It will be taken as your Home State for NEET 2020.

Hope this helps...

Good Luck !!

i failed in 2 subjects in 12th science gseb board 2020. i want to give NEET examination. can you please tell me if i can reapper for this failed subjets in 2021 and can i give pass subjects exam as well. if i reapper for examination in 2021 then can i be able to give NEET and get addmission in MBBS

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 22nd Aug, 2020

Priyanshi, So to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. So even if you have failed in your 12th in 2020, if you reappear for those subjects in 2021 and pass them by securing the required aggregate, then you are eligible for NEET. And if you qualify in NEET and secure a seat in Counselling, you can certainly take admission in MBBS.

hlo sir! i have passed gseb board examinations in the year 2020 and want to appear for gujcet examination in 2021. so is it allowed to appear in gujcet exam directly in 2021 (without giving gujcet exam in 2020) without attending in board exam in 2021??

Shubham Dhane 19th Aug, 2020

Hello,

The eligibility criteria to give GUJCET is that the candidate should have cleared class 12th from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar/CBSE Delhi/CISCE and Candidates should have secured at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category). You don't need to give GUJCET 2020 to be eligible to give GUJCET 2021 nor you need to give Board exam in 2021. You are directly eligible to give GUJCET 2021 as long as you have secured at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category).
