If you have made any error in the form, it is possible to change it. Since you have already submitted one form and paid for it, it is difficult to change whatever you have selected or written. You will have to fill another application and then change the details you filled wrong.

sir I am from gujrat I am preparing for neet 2022 I want to know that in my exam I will get questions paper bilingual or not because I am preparing in english but I selected gujrati language in my neet application form sir please reply ?
Hello aspirant,
If you choose Gujarati, the questions will be presented in both Gujarati and English. The NEET exam is now available to candidates in 14 languages, therefore if you choose a language other than English, the questions will be delivered in both that language and English. However, if you have selected English as your language for the exam paper, the questions will only be asked in English. So, you need not worry and just focus on the exam preparations!
This was done to avoid question mistakes in a particular language and the candidate can refer to the English mode of paper for any clarifications.
You can give mock tests to boost your preparation level- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-mock-test-2022
Hope it helps!
