No you won't face any problem in future if you have completed class xii from NIOS. You will be eligible to appear for Neet and also you may be alloted with medical seat in aiims Guwahati or any aiims depending upon your neet score .

NIOS is National Institute of Open Schooling.  All the medical institutes including aiims accept nios marks.

NIOS is recognized by Indian medical council.

Many students whk fsil in one or two subjects appear for compartment exam from NIOS , then after qualifying that exam they become eligible to appear for Neet.

Many colleges allow changing the semester in between but there are different criterias one has to clear as he/she is switching semesters in between,but yes it is totally possible to change semester in between one should have valid reasons and should also pass the criterias for changing the college in mid semesters.
