B.Sc and M.Sc are science degrees. It stands for bachelors of science and masters in science. Its very difficult to get a full scholarship at Harvard, but they do offer generous scholarships. They offer assistance by way of loans and fellowships  But as reported, nearly half their class gets a scholarship of around $33,000. You need to demonstrate need so they give need-based assistance.

You can always email their financial support office and inquire if they accept any particular external scholarships ( if you have one that is )

There is no Eligibility requirement for Admission but, here are some of the steps which might help you to get admission into Harvard University after completing your class 12th examinations-

1. First you can attempt the SAT examination, and try to score above 2200 marks out of 2400 marks.

2. Secondly, you can also attempt the TOEFL examination and you should have scored above 100 marks to meet the cutoff criteria for admission into Harvard.

As of cut-off in GRE, for getting admitted in Harvard University the Candidate should have scored 155-160 Marks in Verbal Test and 165-170 Marks in QAT, overall near about 325+ marks and with this you are surely eligible for the admission.

As English Proficiency Test also they ask for 7 as score and you have qualified that also, you have to now apply for the College through filling the application forms and sending the required documents like:

2.) GRE Test Report Card

3.) Parents' Consent Form Regarding Admission

Other things are also there and as you said, you are not financially strong so I want to tell you that, Harvard University already had a provision for the scholarships for international students.
