Now if we talk about last year I e neet 2021 cut off marks for SC category in harayana state quota counseling then it was 504 marks in Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar. in 2020 cut off marks was 495 marks in same college.

So as if we see last two year trends then she is very safe zone and she will surely get govt MBBS college in state counseling.

She will have good chances in these college in state counseling

Yess .. employment registration krwana bilkul theek h for saksham yojna in haryana .. kyunki ye unemployed or skilled youth ko income provide krta taki uski family sustain kr ske . Koi bhi youth jo 21 se 35 tk ke beech ka h or jo skilled h bo register kr skta h or is scheme se benefit le skta h . Is scheme ke antargat aapko 9000 per month milege 100 days work krne pr  or 3000 milege for unemployment allowance.

If we look at the cut-off ranks for Kalpana Chawla Medical College, Karnal's cut-offs in the past few years for the UR of Unreserved candidates, then the cut-offs in past three years are:

So, going by your rank it seems difficult for you to get admission here. But you can always try for mop-up rounds.
