The criteria of allotment of state Quota is basically decided on which the student have taken the last education in the year of allotment of state Quota. As you have completed your 11 then 12 class examination in the state of Haryana then according to state rules your state quota will be of Haryana. Although you have completed your class 10 examination in the state of Punjab yet give the completion of school education in the last will be on count of state Quota.

The home state quota of JEE Main is that state from where you have completed your class XIIth. Since you'll be completing your class XIIth exams from Haryana, thus the home state quota that you will be able to avail will be of Haryana.
Since you will have home state quota of Haryana, thus you will find it easier to take admission in various courses of NIT Kurukshetra, which will provide you admission at a lower rank than usual due to your HS quota.

Hope you are doing great. The roll number and the other details will be mentioned in the admit card and that will be downloaded of the entrance test. You can download the admit card through official website of navodaya. Visit the official website and thereafter check the section of recent announcements, click on the download admit card for the class 6th selection test 2022. After you can login into that and with the help of your pass ward and username the admit card will be displayed and you can take a print out too.
