Hi, Firstly, at the state level, you can check the details for your respective state regarding the NTSE registration and procedure. Each state has its own offical website for such purposes. However, for some clarification, here are some of the dates for NTSE registration for different states. Due to Covid, different states are going throough woth different dates:
22 October 2020: NTSE Application Form 2021 for MP and Haryana has been released.
19 October 2020: NTSE Application Form 2021 for Kerala, Jharkhand, Telengana and Odisha has been out.
16 October 2020: NTSE Application Form for Uttarakhand has been out.
12 October 2020: NTSE Application Form 2021 for Andhra Pradesh has been started. Check details here
8 October 2020: NTSE Punjab Application Form 2021 has already
NCERT (National Council of Educational Research & Training) has begun the notification publication for NTSE 2021 to the official website. NTSE Stage 1 will be held on 12 October 2020 for Nagaland, Mizoram, Nagaland, Andaman & Nicobar, and Meghalaya while NTSE Stage 1 exam for rest of the states and UTs will be conducted on 13 December 2020. The qualified aspirants, as usual, from stage I will appear for the NTSE Stage II exam, which will be held on 13 June 2021.

According to the percentile you have mentioned in a question your approximate rank would be near about 42,000-45,000 and on the basis of this rank it is little bit difficult to get any of the top NIT with General/Unreserved category, but although you can try for some IIITs, like IIIT Bhubaneshwar, IIIT Una and so on. See I would have produced a handful of colleges if you would have mentioned your category, home state and course in which you are interested.
I would recommend you to prepare yourself for JEE-Advance which is scheduled for September 27th, saying this because because according to previous year's cut-off you can easily qualify the cut-off for JEE-Advance with this JEE-Main percentile. JEE-Advance can take you to the most premiere engineering institutions of India that are IITs.
Note that above prediction is based on previous year's cut-off trends and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

As per your question according to the data Haryana Board is about to release the HBSE class 12 result
2020 for Arts, Commerce, and Science stream by the third week of July 2020 on the official website. to
see the HBSE class 12 result, students got to enter their roll number or name within the login window.
The Haryana Board 12th results include the marks obtained by the scholars in each subject, total marks,
grades, result status, etc. Students can check the HBSE 12th result on the official website . quite 2 lakh
students appear for HBSE 12th exams, per annum .
HBSE 12th 2020 exams started on March 3, 2020. However, the exams scheduled after Saint Joseph
were postponed thanks to COVID-19 outbreak. The Board had planned to conduct the remaining HBSE
12th examinations between Dominion Day and July 15. the ultimate verdict on an equivalent is yet to be
taken by the court.
Last year, the HBSE 12th result 2020 was declared on May 15. Read the article further to understand
