Cut off will vary year by year depending on the toughness of exam number of candidates appeared and number of seats available. When we look into previous year pattern For getting government seat a general candidate should secure a rank within 17k. 2021 cut off rank round 3 was 17k. For securing 17k mark you need to score 600+ minimum. As you belongs to ews 560+ might be enough.
