Hi, so basically you can do any short courses as you wish. And yes you can definitely post graduate with MSC computer science. However to be eligible for MSC computer science you should have an under graduate degree preferably BSC.
You will not be eligible if you have done short courses, you have to be undergraduate to pursue MSC computer science. Just the short courses will not be enough.
