You can opt distance education in an open university like IGNOU to pursue BA in sociology . It would be better for you to manage worklife as well studylife properly .

Well , meanwhile you can also prepare for IAS slowly . For IAS preparation, your consistency towards studies should be maintained properly.In IAS , there will be three stages of exam ... prelims ,mains and PI (Personal Interview). The university conducts  entrance examination and admission to all the programmes is based on the marks obtained in the exam,MUOET - Manipal University online entrance test  or admission is on the merit based.Candidates are also given admission on the marks of various national- level entrance exams for different courses .

Animation-Candidates must have passed 10+2 in any stream.

As per your query the ICFAI Hyderabad doesn't seems to have good placement for all btech branches but for cse there is much better and research states only 6 students got placed in cse branch.

But in vit ap which is a new campus having good infrastructure, probably have good placement for students and nearly 700 companies visit ,and 419 offers are placed and they recruited 73 students from campus .

It has best reviews regards teaching too.
