please suggest me how can I complete the degree in minimum fees. My parents are unable to pay any fee for my higher education

For completing degree in minimum fees there are scholarship programs in every colleges and universities, you can apply in your respective course, score good marks in the scholarship tests and can complete your degree in minimum fees.

Fees should never be an obstacle for education, so you can also apply for students loan provided by different NGO's and Banks if you wish to do so. Further you can also pursue with part time jobs for managing your expenses.
