If you got 347 marks in neet you have less chance to get government college for BAMS. Candidates who belong to OBC category required at least 400 marks for getting government college. It's very difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest NEET score, whether you belong to any category or not.

Here you haven't mentioned the category you belong to. So considering you as a general candidate with 403480 rank the chances of getting a government seat in medical college seems low, however you can get admission admission in government dental colleges like Himachal Pradesh government Dental college, last year cut-off for general candidate was 62843 and the cutoff score was 420.

Hello Aspirant, seeing your rank and category , you could not get admission into the top NIT for your preferred branch CSE. But you can try getting admission into the lower NITs.

Also, your home State contains NIT Hamirpur as your home state NIT . You could apply there for CSE . Since, their opening rank , according to previous years cutoff , it ranges from 3000 to 4000. And your rank is pretty good to get CSE branch there .

As per last years cutoff, your score is not enough to get a government medical seat through both All India Quota and State Quota that too in general category. This year cutoff is expected to rise. So it will be very difficult for you to get a seat. You can definitely get a seat in private colleges and deemed universities. You can refer last years cutoff.

Every year cutoff for the courses varies as it depends on various factors.

As you have mentioned the cutoff of round 2 ,So being your home state quota of Himachal Pradesh it seems that you can surely get a seat in CSE 4 years at NIT Hamirpur in further rounds.

Also i would like to tell you that with this rank in OBC category someone would have got seat last year . you can go through the cutoff of previous year(  NIT Hamirpur  ) then you'll get more information regarding this.
