You enter your 1st year with a clean slate because you are still new to this field. No one enters Journalism because they are good at writing and speaking. That is why you do not see every Journalism student as a Burkha Dutt or an orator on the screen. There are quite a no.of degree holders who work behind the screens and still have a job satisfaction. You will learn the art slowly. No one is a winner over night. It is a process. If I were to suggest you as what you should do, my suggestion would be not to give up just yet. Complete your first year and give it a while. During your summer holidays, take up internships or attend workshops and get a hang of it. By 2nd year, you will be ready and you can then take a call accordingly. Because few years down the lane, you should not have any regrets.

Bsc Home science is an undergraduate course which covers Food science , Fundamental of resource management , foundation of human development , introduction to fashion and apparel , food and nutrition, etc . The eligibility of this course is 10 +2 or equivalent in any stream but some universities demand Physics , Chemistry and Biology in their 10+2 level.  Yes, it is a very good option for creative mind.
