On the basis of previous year's cutoff, with your category rank in NEET along with rural quota, you should be able to get BAMS government quota seat with low fees as well as BHMS seat in Karnataka. Here are some of the ayurveda colleges where you may get admission:

If you got 260 marks in neet and belong to OBC catagory you have no chance to get bhms seat in government college. You need to score minimum 400 marks for government seat in bhms. You can try for private BHMS college. This is based on previous year cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.
