homeopathy is through cet or neet

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 20th Apr, 2020
Hi Varshitha

For homeopathy i.e Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery , Yes admission is through neet examination.

Actually NEET is only and the single gateway to all the medical colleges of India be it private or government for medical ,dental, ayush ( like bhms , bams etc) and veterinary courses.

So if you want to get into BHMS, then you need to prepare well for neet examination and qualify it.

Thankyou

National Institute of Homeopathy is one of the best institutes for pursuing BHMS so the competition will be higher. Also there are limited seats. So a score above 520 in NEET can fetch you a seat here. Try to score as much as possible so your admission can be hassle free.

what is the neet score required for homeopathy?

Haardik Dharma 21st Dec, 2019

Hello Sakina, Greetings!

The score required to get admission in BHMS varies from state to state. The minimum eligibility to get into BHMS is that you should pass '10 + 2' examination having PCB subjects with at least 50% marks. A minimum NEET score of about 320-350 would be good enough to get into a good college for BHMS.

Hope this answer helps you.

Feel free to ask any more queries that trouble you.

sir Im a telengana student how much should i get rank in neet to get a seat for homeopathy

rajaman9300 Student Expert 27th Nov, 2019

Hello Jammei

It would be difficult to tell you the expected cutoff as cutoff varies every year. Also, cutoff depends on various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category wise, etc.

But in General if you score 350+ then you can easily get Homeopathic course.
