Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery. BHMS stands for Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery so as it itself says one can surely do surgery after specialisation that is after attaining MS (master in surgery) degree.

Qualifying in NEET is a must.for homeopathic course there is no centralised counselling and is held individually by the institutes .you need to apply directly to the institutes of your choice for admission.

You might try for homeopathy private colleges. As the cutoff varies every year and the cutoff for AP is usually high therefore I would suggest you to attend the counseling.
