Hello dear.
It is difficult to compare Ayurveda with Homeopathy as most of the studies done on these two systems are poorly designed and hence the level of evidence is low regarding it's effectiveness. Even the evidence for the effectiveness of the individual systems is lacking.
Evidence based medicine (EBM) is one of the hallmarks of modern medicine. It is due this reason that this is most accepted form of treatment today.
The only way to make some sense of studies on Ayurveda products are by meta analysis: Few studies I can get on a random search on PubMed: Ayurvedic interventions for osteoarthritis: a systematic review and meta-analysis.
"However, several limitations relate to clinical research on Ayurveda. Well-planned, well-conducted and well-published trials are warranted to improve the evidence for Ayurvedic interventions."
Ayurvedic treatments for diabetes mellitus.
Best of luck..
Hello
Since admission to bhms and other ayush courses are done on the basis of neet score for the first time it's hard to tell what would be the cutoff criteria. Though with these marks you have moderate to good chances of getting a good college.
Here are some of the best homeopathy colleges in India.-
Goodluck I hope this information helps you
