But the structure of the salary of these surgeons depends from person to person depending upon the experience. In some hospitals there must be some extra money provided to the doctors as per the number of surgeries.

No , they don't get a car they only get some commission from the drug for the endorsement of their drug which might even be in lakhs for good and renowned doctors .They might also get some gifts sometimes  but not a car.

Most doctors try to stay away from promotion of drugs and prescribe genuine and good medicines only to the patients.

Actually a neurosurgeon remains in contacts with various hospitals and is called for a surgery according to the situation.
